Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

1. Ready-Made Products

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

Product is unused
In original packaging
With tags intact
Not damaged by customer

To initiate return, email us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Customized / Printed Products

🚫 No return or refund for customized or personalized products unless:

Wrong item delivered
Manufacturing defect
Printing defect
Damaged during shipping

Proof (unboxing video & photos) must be provided within 48 hours.

3. Refund Process

Once approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund will be issued to original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Customized items
Innerwear
Clearance/Discounted products
Used or washed items

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing order (only if production not started).
Custom orders cannot be cancelled after approval.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

Wrong item
Damaged item
Missing item
